Vote for videoRx.com!

Vote for videoRx.com on the Mission: Small Business site

We’re submitting an application for a $250,000 grant in the Mission: Small Business contest sponsored by Chase Bank and Living Social. In order to qualify for the grant, we need to collect 250 votes. As of the morning of June 18th, we have 231 votes! We only need 19 more votes.

Our emphasis on local community begins by enabling more businesses to host live online events, taking advantage of cost-effective live streaming video: (1) creating video production kits (camera, microphone, network gear) that are part of a live event package, (2) embeddable live video player that streams video across a wide range of connection speeds, devices, and desktops. We would start with our immediate community here on Bainbridge Island and the downtown Seattle area. With this grant, we could start dedicating resources in this exciting area of cloud-based streaming and the ever-increasing landscape of mobile devices.

To vote for videoRx.com, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to missionsmallbusiness.com and log in using Facebook.
  2. Search for our business by name: videorx. You do not need to specify a city and state.
  3. Click on the blue Vote button next to our business name, videoRx.com on Bainbridge Island, to show your support for our business.

Thank you for your support!

Learn more about the problems facing content creators (and video solutions providers) with online video encoding and deployment.

Site migration in progress

We’re moving the former “all-Flash” front-end to a more HTML-friendly one. If you’re an existing user, reset your password to access your account. Standby as we continue to make more progress this week!
